Meet Kennesaw Chiropractor, Doc Eaton

Doc Eaton

After twenty years in the banking industry and a car wreck that put me on my back, my chiropractor and my brother (one in the same) told me that I should go back to school.  Banking had gotten crazy with all the buyouts and mergers and I knew my days were numbered.   So at the ripe young age of 42 with wife and three teenagers, I headed up to Atlanta and enrolled at Life College.

Four years later, I graduated and they called me a Doctor of Chiropractic.  I was recruited to teach at the new Life University because of my banking background with the idea that I could help the students understand the financial ins and outs of the establishment of a chiropractic practice.

I was building my own practice in Kennesaw and teaching at the university for what was suppose to be a short time.  Four years later, my oldest daughter, who is now my partner in practice, decided to go to chiropractic school.  Four more years and I was delivering the commencement address at her graduation.

So after a short time (eight years), I resigned from the University to put full time into practice.

I am delighted at the growth of Eaton Chiropractic Center and am very pleased with our wellness and family oriented way that we present ourselves to the public.  Our primary goal is to educate the community so that generations from now, it might be healthier because of the impact we have had on our practice members today.

I am married to my wife Pam of almost 40 years.  We have three children and six grandchildren and a Jack Russell Terrier name “Jumpin Jack Flash.”

I am delighted that you have chosen to make our wellness center a part of your lifestyle.  You have made a wise choice and we welcome you to our family of chiropractic.

Dr. Cris Asks some important questions of interest to Kennesaw residents - Chiropractor Kennesaw Dr. Cris Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
How do you "catch" a cold?
Simply lower your resistance by avoiding the proper rest and exercise, eating lots of sugar and junk food, putting up with emotional stress and neglecting your nervous system by avoiding your chiropractor. You won't have to catch a cold because it will catch you!
